del Distrito 09 de Coatepec Carmen Mora Garc\u00eda, destac\u00f3 ante sus compa\u00f1eros legisladores del Grupo Legislativo de MORENA encabezados por su Coordinador Diputado Mario Delgado Carrillo, que una de sus prioridades es el rescate del sector primario de la econom\u00eda, por ese motivo propuso la creaci\u00f3n de la Financiera Agropecuaria, Sociedad Nacional de Cr\u00e9dito FINAGRO.<\/p>\n<p>Representando a 16 municipios que en su mayor\u00eda est\u00e1n ubicados en zonas rurales, atendiendo a las necesidades de los productores del campo que le han hecho llegar cuando ella realiza sus giras de trabajo, es como se ha dado a la tarea de legislar para dar respuesta y proponer en la m\u00e1xima tribuna legislativa, acciones para crear una instituci\u00f3n de banca de desarrollo, que sea encargada de promover el ahorro y la inversi\u00f3n para mejorar el sector campesino y desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de los mexicanos; As\u00ed como canalizar apoyos financieros y t\u00e9cnicos necesarios para coadyuvar a realizar la actividad prioritaria del Estado de Veracruz, impulsando el desarrollo de las actividades agropecuarias, forestales, pesqueras y agroindustriales, incluidas desde luego, todas las dem\u00e1s actividades econ\u00f3micas vinculadas al medio rural, con la finalidad de elevar su productividad.<\/p>\n<p>Carmen Mora enfatiz\u00f3 que FINAGRO realizar\u00e1 las siguientes actividades:<\/p>\n<p>*Financiamiento del sector primario agropecuario.<\/p>\n<p>*Seguros agropecuarios, cuyo objetivo sean los riesgos ante la vulnerabilidad de los efectos de los desastres naturales y el cambio clim\u00e1tico, acorde a las necesidades regionales agropecuarias y pesqueras de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>*Financiamiento a la generaci\u00f3n y adopci\u00f3n de innovaciones en el sector agroalimentario.<\/p>\n<p>*Financiamiento y gesti\u00f3n de riesgos de las cadenas de valores.<\/p>\n<p>*Proyectos productivos que impulsen el desarrollo agropecuario y rural.<\/p>\n<p>*Asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica y capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cComo sabemos, la inclusi\u00f3n financiera en el pa\u00eds es muy baja, existen 50 millones de personas que no tienen acceso al cr\u00e9dito formal; 90% del cr\u00e9dito que se otorga, se formaliza en \u00e1reas urbanas y tan solo el 10% en zonas rurales. Buscamos incluir en el sistema financiero y con todos sus beneficios, a los peque\u00f1os productores. A quienes fueron por d\u00e9cadas invisibles para este r\u00e9gimen y para el Estado\u201d.
