(09\/Mayo\/2021).- La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia del Movimiento de Regeneraci\u00f3n Nacional (Morena) declar\u00f3 infundado e inoperante el procedimiento de impugnaci\u00f3n interpuesto por el diputado Rub\u00e9n R\u00edos Uribe, contra la designaci\u00f3n del Candidato a la Presidencia Municipal de C\u00f3rdoba a favor de Juan Mart\u00ednez Flores y le subraya: \u201cEl impugnante se encuentra confundiendo el hecho de registrarse como aspirante a una candidatura al otorgamiento de la misma\u201d.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">En su impugnaci\u00f3n, Expediente CNHJ-VER-1394\/2021, Rub\u00e9n R\u00edos Uribe \u201cse apoya en argumentos imprecisos pues no refiere circunstancias que le causen agravios directamente en su esfera de derechos. No aporta medios de prueba para desvirtuar la ilegibilidad de la candidatura a la presidencia municipal de C\u00f3rdoba, Veracruz a el C. Juan Mart\u00ednez Flores que fue electo\u201d, destaca en su resoluci\u00f3n la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia de Morena que preside Ema Elo\u00edsa Vivanco Esquide.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">En definitiva, la CNHJ DE Morena declar\u00f3 infundados e inoperantes los agravios denunciados por Rub\u00e9n R\u00edos Uribe y dio vista al Tribunal Electoral de Veracruz de su resoluci\u00f3n para los efectos legales correspondientes.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Rub\u00e9n R\u00edos Uribe ha perdido todos los procedimientos legales que ha interpuesto ante su negativa a reconocer que Juan Mart\u00ednez Flores es el leg\u00edtimo Candidato de Morena a la Presidencia Municipal de C\u00f3rdoba y que \u00e9l, ha cometido acciones que afectan las buenas costumbres democr\u00e1ticas de Morena.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Xalapa, Ver.
