Tecolutla, Ver., 18 de abril de 2019.- La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica lamenta el fallecimiento de un oficial de la Fuerza Civil durante la operaci\u00f3n de rescate de civiles que iban a bordo de la embarcaci\u00f3n \u201cPopeye I\u201d, que volc\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Los hechos ocurrieron en la Barra de Tecolutla, donde tambi\u00e9n pereci\u00f3 un hombre identificado con las iniciales J.M.R., de 47 a\u00f1os de edad, taxista, y originario de Iztacalco, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n
El oficial Gabriel Mart\u00ednez Garc\u00eda salv\u00f3 con vida a tres de los tripulantes, incluida una menor de edad; sin embargo, en una maniobra recibi\u00f3 un golpe en la cabeza que le hizo perder el equilibrio y caer al mar.<\/p>\n
